The Alexander Technique is about becoming aware of health-damaging habits and changing them in order to cope with everyday life more easily and in a more coordinated manner.


You will learn how you can use your resources more optimally through perception, pause and conscious alignment and thus go through life more upright and relaxed – with more ease and balance.


In a learning and development process, you will gradually learn to apply new and health-promoting movement, behavior and thinking processes for your diverse activities in your everyday life.
