Fascia training

What are fascia?

The fascia is the connective tissue that encloses every muscle fiber, muscle bundle and organ. They are the elastic shell that gives the entire body its anatomical shape, keep the water in the body and ensure a smooth gliding of the muscle strands and organs like a lubricating film.

If the network is defective, the structures no longer mesh smoothly, and complex processes in the body, e.g. the blood circulation from the connective tissue, are disturbed and matted. Monotonous, uniform movements in everyday life not only reduce muscle strength at the missing movement points, but also the structure of the fascia.

Effect of fascia therapy

Fascia therapy reduces disorders and lesions throughout their chain. This relieves tension and improves mobility. The pain is thus specifically alleviated and the performance significantly increased.
